The issue contains a variety of research materials on topical problems in the history of Ukraine and World History from the Early Middle Ages to the present, in particular highlights the lesser known aspects of the history of Ukraine during the 9th – early 20th centuries, Soviet and Modern periods of Ukrainian history. Considerable space is devoted to recent theoretical and methodological, historiosophical, historiographical and archaeological investigations and source studies.
